Instead of a burger, pick up a nice turkey sandwich instead. This meat is full of protein and definitely healthier for your body and will assist in clearing up that acne. Next up is that ice cold soda pop. Completely remove it from the equation! Yes completely. Instead, flush your system clean by drinking ice cold water instead. If you find that you can’t drink plain water, go for the water with a hint of fruit flavor to help.

Stress has also been known to be a major contributor to adult acne causes. This stress can come from anywhere. Our daily jobs or profession is usually the cause. Stress to meet that project deadline, or stress to impress your boss or even coworkers can bring out those unwanted visitors.

So what’s the solution? Find time to take part in activities known to let your body release that stress and tension.
